WHO WE ARE

We combine our complementary expertise to provide our clients with high-level strategic advice based on a 360-degree understanding of the various issues and opportunities in Quebec’s business ecosystem, particularly in the energy, natural resources, and environmental sectors.

 

TRIAX was founded in 2020 by three partners with nearly a hundred years of combined experience in various strategic positions, including the following:

• 25 years of business development and strategy with the largest gas distributor in Quebec

• 20 years in politics, notably as chief of staff to six ministers in seven different ministries (municipal affairs, education, environment, natural resources, Indigenous affairs, economic development and employment, and social solidarity)

• 17 years in charge of financing and corporate affairs with a publicly traded energy company

• Financing and joint venture transactions totalling more than $150 million

• 6 years as senior vice president of energy and vice president of communications and strategic development at a large engineering firm

• 2 years as chief executive of a large energy association

• 8 years as a senior consultant for various construction companies
