TRIAX’s partners are directly involved in every project. We have extensive expertise in Quebec’s political and business ecosystem and act as strategic advisors, working on an ongoing basis with our clients’ management. Our three-pronged approach is always thorough and systematic.
1. Data analysis and goal setting
Exchange of information and meetings with senior management to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the client, its sector of activity, and its specific needs. These meetings allow us to set clear goals for our clients and position them in Quebec’s market environment (political, business, financial, media).
2. Strategic planning
Detailed action plan to achieve the goals set in collaboration with the client. Mapping of key issues and stakeholders; identification of strengths and weaknesses, as well as issues and opportunities for the client; sequence and specific goals of meetings; storytelling and communication tools for each meeting; ongoing monitoring of strategic planning.
3. Action plan implementation
Detailed preparation of each meeting; meeting organization; client support and participation of at least one TRIAX partner; meeting review and follow-up; assistance in negotiating partnership or financing agreements.
